Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years prior experience in construction management overseeing large projects ($20M+).
• Proven ability to manage development to closeout responsibilities for multiple, complex projects.
• Ability to travel up to 50-75%.

• Manage contract administration, including terms, change requests, and invoices.
