Job summary

Mortenson Construction is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager II to join their Solar group. In this role, you will provide technical electrical support throughout construction projects, ensuring quality and efficiency while working with a diverse project team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, eight years of electrical management experience, and proficiency in medium and high voltage. This position requires 100% travel across the continental U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of electrical construction management and/or design experience.
• Two years' experience managing projects from mobilization to turnover.
• Strong teamwork, initiative, and detail-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical electrical support to crews and subcontractors.
• Supervise self-perform crews and coordinate with various departments.
• Implement best practices and keep clients informed.
