Job summary

AES Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Specialist in Solar Modules and Racking, Procurement Execution to lead procurement for PV modules and racking across utility-scale solar projects. You will collaborate with engineering, project management, legal, finance, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliant sourcing.

You will optimize equipment allocation, manage purchase orders, support cash-flow forecasting, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, Safe Harbor,

Qualifications

• Experience supporting procurement, supply chain, or project execution in renewable energy.
• Knowledge of utility-scale solar projects and equipment sourcing.
• Strong analytical, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with Power BI and data analytics tools.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with PV module and racking suppliers.
• Balance project requirements, inventory, and contracts for equipment allocation.
• Oversee purchasing agreements and PO management for solar equipment.
• Coordinate procurement records, supplier documentation, and due diligence responses.
• Support regulatory compliance, cash flow forecasting, and project delivery.
