Trinity Solar is seeking a hands-on Solar Installer to install PV systems for residential and commercial customers. This field-based role emphasizes safe, high-quality workmanship and outdoor work on rooftops or structures compliant with codes.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and 1–2 years in electrical, roofing, or solar installation is preferred. You must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience in electrical work, roofing, or solar installation preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install solar PV systems on rooftops or other structures in accordance with design schematics, local building codes, and safety standards.
• Ensure proper system layout, orientation, and alignment for maximum efficiency and compliance.
• Assess job site conditions for safety hazards and structural integrity before and during installation.
• Collaborate with team members and site supervisors to resolve installation challenges and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate documentation including photos, site layouts, and installation details; submit all paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
• Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager.
