Job summary

Silicon Ranch in Forrest City, AR is seeking a Solar Maintenance Technician II – Field Operations to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar PV facilities, including PV systems, UPS, SCADA, substations, and MV/HV/OHE components.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on electrical/mechanical background, be able to work independently or with a team, and travel up to 2 hours each way. Safety-driven and team-focused environment offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• OSHA 30 and CPR/BLS certifications must be obtained within 4 weeks of employment.
• Valid Driver's License required; ability to travel up to 2 hours each way; unpaid for first/last hour of daily driving.
• State electrical license or NABCEP certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on PV systems, UPS, SCADA, substations, and MV/HV/OHE systems.
• Execute corrective maintenance, respond to emergency dispatches as directed.
• Log all work in the CMMS platform and assist with field investigations for predictive analytics.
• Assist with site access for contractors and perform various field tasks as directed.
