You will support the estimating and pre-construction process for renewable energy projects by reviewing drawings, specifications, proposals and project documents to understand scope, systems and key requirements. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of estimating experience in solar, electrical, or civil construction.
• Ability to read and understand civil and electrical drawings.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, proposals, and documents to understand scope and requirements.
• Prepare detailed estimates for labor, materials, time and overall project costs.
• Prepare scopes of work, RFQs, and manage quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop competitive pricing using market data and historical costs.
• Participate in design reviews, bid reviews, and site Walkthroughs.
