Job summary

Clark Bros., Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a $150 million utility-scale solar EPC project in Virginia.

This full-time, on-site leadership role oversees safety, engineering coordination, procurement, scheduling, and cost control through commissioning and closeout. You will mentor engineers and field staff, drive productivity and schedule performance, and build strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction PM, EPC experience on large projects.
• Proven track record delivering utility-scale EPC solar or similar.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with project controls, scheduling, procurement, and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a $150M EPC solar project from mobilization to closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, forecasts, and execution plans.
• Manage safety, procurement, subcontractors, and major equipment vendors.
• Lead client meetings and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation to protect schedule and profitability.
