Job summary

Clark Bros., Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our $150M utility-scale solar EPC project in Virginia.

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role managing safety, engineering coordination, procurement, scheduling, subcontract management, cost control, client relations, and project financial performance. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects from mobilization through commissioning and closeout and will have opportunities to lead future renewable energy EPC projects

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience, with significant EPC experience.
• Demonstrated success managing utility-scale solar EPC projects valued at $75M+.
• Experience managing projects from contract award through commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, procurement, scheduling, project controls, forecasting, and subcontract management.
• Experience managing project financials, budgets, and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of a $150M utility-scale solar EPC project from mobilization to closeout.
• Oversee safety, engineering coordination, procurement, scheduling, and subcontract management.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, productivity, and cost-at-completion reporting.
• Maintain client relations and certify changes with stakeholders and owners.
