Job summary

Avantus is looking for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, Construction to lead EPC contracting and field execution for a portfolio of solar projects in California. You will oversee procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and safety-focused construction management while coordinating with engineering, finance, and procurement teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business, or construction management.
5+ years of EPC management and contracting experience, preferably in solar development or utility infrastructure projects.
Experience with utility-scale solar development or IPP is preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead project management for EPC contracting and procurement.
Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams across development, design, and construction.
Develop budgets, cashflows and milestone dates for projects.
Produce and manage reporting to lenders and sponsors.
