Job summary

PCL Solar Constructors USA Inc. in Franklin, Kentucky, is seeking a Master Electrician to lead electrical installations on large-scale solar projects.

The role involves travel to project sites across multiple states, with per-diem support for temporary living expenses and potential transfers to new projects as assignments change. Qualified candidates should have 6+ years as an electrician, strong knowledge of electrical codes, and experience with solar systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience as an Electrician.
• Electrical experience in construction, preferably solar.
• Proven experience in electrical installations, including solar panel systems.
• Strong math knowledge and skills related to job tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical components on solar construction projects.
• Coordinate with foremen and installation team to plan work and provide materials lists.
• Oversee project electrical team, coaching and mentoring crew.
• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain solar panel systems following codes and safety rules.
