ECS Group of Companies is seeking a Senior Soils Lab Technician I to perform laboratories tests on soil and construction materials and to interpret data for summaries under supervision. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of related laboratory experience preferred.
• Maintain basic certifications per ECS policy; dual certification preferred in soils and concrete labs.
• Valid driver’s license if driving for ECS.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing on soil and construction material samples.
• Apply standard and advanced testing procedures per ASTM methods.
• Interpret test data and prepare summaries under Laboratory Manager guidance.
• Support advanced testing under supervision of senior staff.
• Maintain QA/QC standards and equipment calibration.
• Mentor junior staff and assist with fieldwork as needed.
