Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years in Web or software development in large-scale networks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for exec level briefs.
• Proficient with MS Office tools: Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
• Familiarity with DoD Architecture Framework and DoD planning docs.
• Ability to lead a task, project, or team.

Responsibilities

• Supports software and web development, requirements analysis, and tool evaluation.
• Analyzes customer requirements to choose effective technologies.
• Designs, creates, tests, and maintains software and content solutions.
• Develops intuitive, content-rich user interfaces with easy navigation.
• Maintains development documentation for maintenance and upgrades.
• Provides software process and configuration management across the lifecycle.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
