Job summary

iBase-t is seeking a Sr. Programming Trainer to design and deliver training programs focused on partners and customers. You will conduct needs analysis, develop curriculum, and manage all phases of training delivery, both virtually and on-site.

You will collaborate with Documentation, Product Management, and Implementation Services to translate analysis into actionable educational offerings, and you will develop metrics to measure impact on customer performance and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent.
• 5+ years developing and delivering software product training courses for external customers.
• Proficient knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle and SQL Server, and PLSQL/TSQL.
• Knowledge of React.js, Redux, and Web UI frontend development.
• Willingness to travel outside home city at least 50% of the time, internationally 25%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer training needs and evaluate current curriculum strengths and weaknesses.
• Design curricula and learning materials; plan education offerings aligned with product releases.
• Deliver training courses, both virtual and on premise, and maintain quality results.
• Coordinate with Documentation, PM, Implementation Services, and Partner channels to translate analysis into offerings.
• Develop metrics to assess training impact on performance, satisfaction, and retention.
• Stay current with trends in partner and customer training and learning tools.
• Ensure training materials reflect software functionality and evolving processes.
