Job summary

Ibaset is seeking a Sr. Programming Trainer to design and conduct training programs focusing on partners and customers, guiding adoption and implementation of the Solumina product. The role involves needs assessments, curriculum design, and end-to-end training delivery.

Responsibilities include analyzing training needs, shaping curricula, delivering courses (virtual and on-site), and measuring impact while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline (or equivalent).
• 5+ years developing and delivering software product training courses, preferably for external customers.
• Proficient knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Spring, Hibernate, Database (Oracle and SQL Server), and PLSQL/TSQL.
• Knowledge of React.js, Redux, and Web UI Frontend development.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills, both written and oral.
• Availability to travel outside the home city at least 50% of the time, internationally 25% of the time.
• Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer training needs.
• Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the current curriculum.
• Establish complete and robust learning development plans.
• Identify structure and ideal delivery method for iBase-t as a company.
• Work with Documentation, Product Management, Implementation Services, and Partner channel to translate analysis into educational offerings for adoption and use of the Solumina product.
• Increase on-demand/online training and documentation offerings as appropriate.
• Develop metrics to assess needs and training impact on performance, satisfaction, and retention.
• Deliver training courses, virtual and on premise.
