Job summary

The Lockwood Group seeks a Software Test Engineer for a U.S. Army C5ISR hardware and software program based at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

You will develop and implement test strategies for complex tactical systems to ensure security, reliability, and mission readiness. Requirements include a Bachelor of Science degree and 7+ years of progressive test and evaluation experience in a DoD or defense contracting setting.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years progressive T&E experience in DoD/defense contracting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies for complex tactical systems.
• Ensure test results drive FMC and mission readiness.
• Collaborate with engineering and program teams on validation activities.
