- 10+ years in test and test automation for software, ideally in medical devices.
- Proven leadership and ability to coach engineers and testers in a CI/CD environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the test strategy aligned with Design Controls.
- Lead a team of software developers and testers in qualification and automation.
- Own and evolve Software Test Automation frameworks and CI practices.
- Collaborate with software leadership to refine qualification strategies and requirements.
- Provide effort estimates and manage testing activity schedules.
