Job summary

Career Crunch seeks a Software Test Analyst 5 to support the Michigan DTMB/MDHHS ARC project as a contract resource. The role involves designing and executing manual and automated tests, API testing, and ADA compliance checks.

The candidate will document test plans, generate testing reports, and analyze requirements and acceptance criteria from Azure DevOps to craft effective tests. On-site Lansing, MI expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of testing experience designing and executing manual and automated tests.
• Analyze requirements, user stories in Azure DevOps, and acceptance criteria to design effective test cases.
• Generate and document test plans and strategies with clear coverage.
• Experience with API testing using Postman and REST tools.
• Automate web applications using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual and automated test cases across functional areas.
• Create and maintain test plans, strategies, and testing metrics/reports.
• Perform API testing and validation; ensure API quality and performance.
• Conduct ADA compliance testing and accessibility checks.
• Automate web app tests using Playwright/Selenium/Cypress; maintain test scripts.
• Collaborate with developers and BAs in an Agile/Scrum environment.
