Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field; 12+ years of experience for the role.
• Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience; highly specialized technical authority.
• Proven expertise as a recognized authority in software systems engineering and research.

Responsibilities

• Design, research, and develop highly advanced applications for new business opportunities.
• Lead efforts to capture new business through technical work and capability briefings for senior government stakeholders.
• Coordinate large-scale software system installations and ensure performance metrics are met.
