Job summary

Constellation West is seeking a Senior Software Developer/Infrastructure Currency Engineer to join our IRS CAS program. This remote role supports IRSCAS with occasional onsite meetings, deployments, and knowledge transfer.

The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, IBM webMethods, and middleware modernization, with strong OpenShift/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and production support skills. Location is remote in the US with required onsite support as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing application-layer currency and supportability changes for Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, IBM webMethods, or comparable middleware applications.

Responsibilities

• Implementing application-layer currency and supportability changes
• Perform JDK/runtime upgrades and dependency remediation
• Prepare technical documentation and rollback planning
