Job summary

Constellation West seeks a Sr. Full Stack Developer/Platform Engineer to support IRS MISSS initiatives. You will work remotely with occasional on-site involvement for meetings, deployments, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements include 5+ years in Java/J2EE with Spring Boot, ReactJS, and OpenShift/Kubernetes. Experience migrating VM-based apps to containerized deployments and strong CI/CD practices are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Java/J2EE and Spring Boot development experience.
• Experience with ReactJS or similar UI framework.
• Migration of VM-based applications to containerized/OpenShift deployments while preserving interfaces.
• Strong CI/CD, Git/GitHub, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with REST/SOAP services and database troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain Java/J2EE microservices and UI enhancements.
• Migrate and modernize applications to containerized OpenShift/Kubernetes deployments.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and deployments with rollback capabilities.
