You’ll own end-to-end delivery of complex software, including applications, algorithms, data platforms, and AI agents, with a focus on delivering measurable impact across the business.

The role requires 5+ years designing systems in production, strong coding skills in Python/TypeScript/C#, and comfort with ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, building, and shipping complex software and systems in production.
• Mastery of at least one modern language (Python, TypeScript, C#).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or machine learning is a strong plus.
• Strong systems thinking: cloud architecture, APIs, data engineering, enterprise system integration.

Responsibilities

• Find and frame unowned, cross-functional problems where a great solution removes constraints for several teams at once.
• Partner with business leaders to define the problem, constraints, and success metrics.
• Architect and build production-grade software and systems including applications, algorithms, data platforms, integrations, and AI agents.
• Prove value with hard numbers: hours saved, dollars unlocked, speed gained.
• Make fast, pragmatic decisions on architecture and build-versus-buy to achieve proven impact.
