SharkNinja in Needham, MA seeks a senior software architect for Unit 26 to own multi-domain builds spanning apps, algorithms, data platforms and AI agents. You will partner with leaders to define success, then own the solution from design to shipping, and drive value across the company.

Join a small elite team reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CEO, with executive sponsorship and a direct line to the CEO from day one. Expect high impact, fast pace, and significant scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years designing, building, and shipping complex software in production.
• Mastery of at least one modern language (e.g., Python, TypeScript, C#).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or ML is a strong plus.
• Strong systems thinking: cloud, APIs, data engineering, enterprise integration.
• Commercial instincts with ability to size opportunities and measure ROI.

Responsibilities
