Job summary

Metropolitan Transportation Authority seeks a Computer Specialist (SW) IV to ensure accurate data in EAM Hexagon and Spear 4i. You will develop SQL/PLSQL queries, support Oracle relations, and drive work-order planning using Power BI dashboards.

Responsibilities include updating records, creating custom work orders, and automating workflows with Power Automate/Power Apps, while collaborating with field maintenance staff to resolve issues and maintain performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2+ years of software experience in data systems development and analysis.
• Experience building queries, views, procedures in Oracle and SQL Server environments.
• Proficiency with Oracle PL/SQL, T‑SQL, and SQL scripting tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain queries, searches, and business rules across SQL Server and Oracle.
• Support and maintain Spear 4i clients connected to Oracle databases.
• Create and modify data records, work orders, and inspection patterns in EAM systems.
• Design reports and dashboards using Power BI to guide maintenance planning.
• Collaborate with field staff to troubleshoot issues and ensure system reliability.
