Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior Project Manager in a remote role with occasional onsite Day 1 for the Madison, WI region. Relocation is not permitted and candidates must reside in Wisconsin.

You will lead end-to-end software implementation projects, working with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth deployment and operational transition. The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and clear communications to executives, with a focus on delivering complex delivery

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing software implementation and rollout programs.
• 10+ years of experience with project controls including planning, dependencies and risk mitigation.
• 10+ years of coordinating stakeholders and communicating with leadership.
• 10+ years of cross-functional leadership aligning internal teams, vendors and SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete project and product delivery lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Establish governance, delivery controls, escalation paths and performance measures.
• Develop and track scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and quality.
• Prepare status reports and executive-level communications for leadership.
• Lead software implementation, rollout, and transition-to-operations with internal and external partners.
