Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a senior technical associate to join a team delivering Automation, CI, and Test Data ecosystems.

You will collaborate with multiple business and IT groups, shaping the technology vision for Workplace Solutions and driving quality across the lifecycle. Required are 8 years of relevant tech experience with test automation, strong Java/Spring Boot skills, and deep SQL knowledge.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant technical experience and experience in test automation.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.
• Experience in Agile development methodology and Jira tool
• Experience in testing distributed applications at multiple layers of the technology stack
• Hand-on experience in Test Management lifecycle
• Strong working knowledge of Relational Databases like Oracle or DB2 or Postgres and experience with PL/SQL and complex queries, views, packages etc.
• Strong experience in test automation design, development and execution using frameworks e.g. RestAssured, Playwright, Karate, Cucumber, TestNG.
• Strong programming experience in Java/Spring boot. Strong SQL skills are required. Knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript is a added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of continuous integration and deployment – GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, SonarQube, etc.
• Demonstrated experience with Azure/AWS cloud technologies, DevOps, CI/CD experience.
• Experience in working with Stock Plan Services/ Brokerage is a plus.
• The candidate should have experience in designing test strategy, test automation suites independently for a new product/application.
• Experience in working with Mainframe Technologies – Cobol and JCL is a plus

The Role

You will be working with a team of technologists focused on delivering Automation, Continuous Integration and Test Data ecosystems. This role demands significant collaboration with members of various business and IT groups throughout the lifecycle of a typical project. As a technical associate, you will be working directly to shape our technology vision and will have a real impact on our Workplace Solutions organizations success.

The Team

Stock Plan Services administers equity compensation programs for both public and private companies, supporting a wide range of offerings including Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPPs), Restricted Stock Awards and Units (RSAs/RSUs), Stock Option Plans, Stock Appreciation Rights (SARs), and Performance-Based Awards. To support business growth and drive technological innovation, we are expanding our capabilities and modernizing our platforms to deliver scalable solutions, enhance customer experience, and meet the evolving needs of our clients.

The Expertise You Have

• 8 years of relevant technical experience and experience in test automation

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles.
