Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Software Engineer, Quality Integration to ensure high-quality, trustable products across complex multi-stage release pipelines in cloud and robot environments. You’ll own design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive features from ambiguous problems to landed, green CI code across multiple SWP teams, contributing to defense technology that scales safely.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building automated verification suites at scale.
• Hands-on experience automating HITL and SITL in production release processes.
• Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and system development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and SRE principles.

Responsibilities

• Help build and implement robust automated systems for development, verification and deployment, ensuring high quality and performance.
• Develop and maintain the reference environment that Lattice workflows are verified in ahead of release.
• Build and maintain comprehensive test environments, including HITL systems, with hardware understanding and resource optimization.
• Implement critical software interfaces and product features that enable end-to-end testing across complex systems.
• Maintain and improve integration of performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and enforce reliability engineering best practices.
• Implement AI-enabled automation to detect and fix issues early in the development cycle without impacting developer experience.
