Job summary

Anduril Industries is looking for a Software Engineer to build fast, reliable CI/CD pipelines that span multiple enclaves and support automated deployment of defense software. You will work with engineers to reduce friction, introduce security controls early, and deliver end-to-end improvements across our automation stack.

You will design and maintain infrastructure-as-code pipelines, meeting DISA STIG and NIST 800-53 requirements, and implement monitoring for security operations and incident

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and testing.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Crossplane, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, networking, and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines across multiple enclaves.
• Collaborate with software engineers to optimize build/test processes and embed security early.
• Build Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks to provision environments meeting DISA STIG and NIST 800-53.
• Create monitoring and logging infrastructure for security operations and incident response.
