Senior Software QA Engineer (Manual Testing)

What You Will Do

• Perform manual testing on new technologies
• Identify and resolve quality process issues with minimal supervision
• Write test scenarios and execute them during testing
• Identify bugs and report them with sufficient detail for developers
• Report status to cross-functional teams
• Execute defined tasks according to guidelines and contribute to problem-solving
• Provide proactive support to the team
• Continuously improve your testing skills for greater impact

What We Need

• At least 4 years of experience with manual testing tools and procedures in an agile environment
• Deep understanding of QA theory
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle and lean/agile QA methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in English communication
• Commitment to learning innovative testing approaches and best practices
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and share new ideas
