Job summary

Anduril’s Discovery team in Washington, DC seeks a Product Manager to shape and deliver features for air and missile defense systems, leveraging AI/ML technologies. Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance required.
• 3–8+ years in software product development, in technical domains such as AI/ML.
• Deep understanding of back-end web technologies and distributed systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Aptitude for working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to decompose complex projects.
• U.S. Person status for export controls.
• Travel up to 25% for discovery and testing.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for missile defense backend services and UI.
• Communicate roadmaps to stakeholders and manage delivery expectations.
• Collaborate with business development, proposal, marketing, and compliance for external communications.
• Hands-on delivery across the product lifecycle from onboarding to day-to-day improvements.
• Define and monitor key success metrics.
• Interview defense operators to derive insights and drive user needs across teams.
• Bridge business and technical teams, shaping culture and best practices.
• Partner with test engineers and program teams to design rigorous testing scenarios.
