Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Product Manager, People Solutions to reimagine workforce management that scales with defense tech. You will own the product roadmap, partnering with People Operations, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, and IT to design and implement compliant, scalable solutions.

You will guide decision making on AI-powered analytics, user interfaces, and the balance between commercial software and custom builds to support growth and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product or program management or related field.
• Ability to intake diverse stakeholder requirements and prioritize in ambiguous environments.
• Strong design thinking and problem solving skills.
• Experience implementing business systems at high-growth companies (5,000+ employees).
• Exceptional stakeholder management across Finance, People, Legal, and Operations.
• Translate complex business needs into clear product specs.
• Strong data analysis skills and comfort with analytics tools.
• Experience using AI-powered analytics to prototype and test solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy for workforce management solutions.
• Define and execute a 12–18 month product roadmap with prioritization.
• Drive build vs. buy decisions balancing business needs and tech constraints.
• Lead discovery sessions with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Translate stakeholder needs into a unified product vision and communicate trade-offs to leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure solutions meet user needs and regulatory requirements.
