Job summary

Trusted Space, LLC in the Washington DC metro area seeks a Senior Software Mission Solutions Architect to lead system-of-systems engineering across space and defense programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Mission Level System-of-Systems Engineering: help customers capture, mature, and execute mission capabilities through system-of-systems integration.
• System Design and Architecture: develop high-level and detailed architectures for complex space systems.
• Technology Evaluation and Integration: lead assessment and integration of new technologies to enhance products and operations.
• Requirements Translation: translate customer needs into technical specifications and implementation strategies.
• Technical Leadership: guide and mentor development teams to ensure technical excellence.
• Proposal Writing & Business Development: contribute to proposals and present technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: troubleshoot issues, evaluate designs for feasibility and compliance, identify solutions.
• Software Agile Development: champion Agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
