Job summary

You will lead a multi-team organization spanning content authoring, publishing, event creation, and the Gen AI content scanner, building a cohesive strategy across channels. Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• 5+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 10+ years of planning, designing, delivering consumer software experience.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the content quality & delivery charter: set the technical vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead multiple engineering and program teams, coaching managers, setting engineering standards.
• Scale content quality with Gen AI: reduce headcount growth by scaling review through automation.
• Deliver at scale: ensure reliable delivery across AWS events and self-service channels.
• Operational excellence: set the bar for availability, quality, and security.
• Partner across AWS: align teams with broader strategy and drive cross-organizational resolution.
