Collins Aerospace seeks a Principal Software Engineer with a strong DevSecOps background to lead in software solution lifecycle pipelines and automation across a major program. You will mentor teammates, collaborate with multiple teams, and drive secure, repeatable processes from requirements through certification.

The role emphasizes organizational skills, proactive problem solving, and clear communication with engineers, leadership, and customers as you advance automation and tool adoption.

Qualificações

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) required unless prohibited by local laws.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field with minimum 5 years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in the implementation of new capabilities for SW Cert DevOps and Common Test pipelines.
• Optimize existing Software Solution capabilities.
• Work across teams and departments to enable rapid onboarding of the Cert DevOps technology.
• Mentor, train and onboard teammates.
• Be a self-starter, able to multitask and manage unplanned events.
• Keep track of everything with strong organizational skills.
• Communicate effectively with engineering peers, leadership and customers.
• Apply problem solving, decision making and teamwork to support the team mission.
