Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide a team supporting the Common Q platform for I&C Control. You will ensure platform maintenance, address issues, and integrate software across products.

Reporting to the Manager, Common Q and CE Safety Systems, you will drive upgrades, collaborate across functions, ensure NRC and global approvals, and lead embedded software design and integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in engineering leadership.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Understanding of I&C systems (hardware and software).
• Experience with Common Q platform and embedded software integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to support the Common Q platform.
• Prepare business cases for upgrades and guide platform upgrades.
• Ensure NRC and global approvals for products.
• Lead software design and integration activities for the platform.
• Collaborate with licensing and cross-functional teams.
