Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 10+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
- Must be able to obtain DoD security clearance and pass a government investigation.
- Experience with real-time embedded software processes and Agile.
- Experience with C/C++ in embedded environments.
- Experience with EVM and schedule management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the MAPS program team and oversee all software lifecycle phases.
- Manage IMS and PIPE planning, resources, and delivery of deliverables.
- Oversee EVM execution and identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to assess performance and staffing.
