Google Sunnyvale is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to lead end-to-end software programs for next-gen TPU platforms. You will coordinate across AI, GCP, and Core teams to bring up firmware/software, integrate components, and ensure robust performance in production.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in program management, strong NPI experience, and deep understanding of software development lifecycles. This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, communication, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI) across product lifecycles.
• Experience with software development process and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end system software development programs and FW/SW integration.
• Orchestrate planning across partner teams to ensure seamless TPU software integration.
• Manage delivery of allied software components for new NPI in production fleet.
• Provide TPM support for long-term roadmap development and resource allocation.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive software quality and release predictability.
