Job summary

Aether Aerospace is seeking an experienced Software Factory Engineer to design and implement comprehensive factory services across source control, CI/CD, artifact repositories, security scanning, test automation, cloud infrastructure, and observability.

You will advise programs on factory selection and onboarding, covering architecture, access and identity, environment needs, and release paths, and lead integration with Platform One, ODIN, or DAF CloudWorks to ensure secure, scalable deployment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s with related work experience required.
8–10 years (Bachelor’s) or 6–8 years (Master’s) in software factory engineering, DevSecOps, or cloud/platform engineering.

Responsibilities

Design and integrate software factory services across source control, CI/CD, artifact repositories, security scanning, test automation, cloud infrastructure, and observability.
Advise programs on factory selection and onboarding including architecture, access/identity, environment needs, and release paths.
Lead technical integration of applications with established factories such as Platform One, ODIN, or DAF CloudWorks.
