Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or equivalent with 4 years experience in lieu.
• 10+ years IT experience with increasing responsibility.
• 5+ years leading or directing teams.
• Strong OOP/SOA/microservice architecture skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position.

Responsibilities

• Raise capabilities in the engineering team and establish best practices.
• Maintain relationships with Lab, Sales, Support, Customers and Affiliates.
• Prioritize roadmaps with business and tech constraints.
• Influence senior leaders to drive capability through engineering processes.

• Supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, and coach development.
