Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years of experience with large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or compute/storage/hardware.
• 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years in people management or team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate team priorities aligned to company goals.
• Set expectations, provide feedback, and coach engineers.
• Develop mid-term technical goals and roadmaps for multiple teams.
• Design and vet system architectures and write code to solve complex problems.
• Review others' code to ensure quality and best practices.
