Nasdaq is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a high-performing team responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable software powering Nasdaq’s platforms and global operations.

Based in Atlanta with a hybrid schedule (in-office at least three days a week), you will translate business needs into technical strategy, drive delivery, mentor engineers, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure quality and on-time outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with progression into team leadership.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Experience evaluating systems and implementing scalable solutions.
