Nasdaq is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in Atlanta to design and deliver scalable technology solutions for global markets. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive architecture, and oversee end-to-end development from concept through deployment.

In this role, you’ll influence technology strategy, work with security and data strategy professionals, and mentor engineers. The position includes a hybrid work arrangement with in-office presence required several days weekly.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems development, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven ability to design, code, test, and customize complex solutions for clients or business.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with global, matrixed teams.

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end technology solutions for internal and external clients.
