Job summary

SONIFI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a software engineering leader to guide multiple development programs under the Director of Software Engineering. You will oversee resource planning, process standards, and delivery commitments, ensuring alignment with business priorities and quality goals.

This role includes attracting and retaining talent, setting objectives and KPIs, coaching engineers, and communicating status to stakeholders. Some evening work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 4+ years leading software engineering teams and 10+ years software development.
• Experience delivering agile full-stack web apps.
• Proven ability to guide cross-functional initiatives and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead resource forecasting and allocation across multiple programs.
• Define and improve software development processes and quality standards.
• Own delivery accountability and ensure timely progress reporting.
• Recruit and retain top engineering talent and onboard new staff.
• Communicate progress and align stakeholders across locations.
