Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering management experience leading software teams.
• Hands-on experience with modern software stacks.
• Experience with Rust, Python, React or similar stacks.
• Strong knowledge of front-end, middleware, APIs and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to deliver customer-facing products from planning to production.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a high-performing software engineering team.
• Lead the full software development lifecycle from requirements and architecture through implementation and delivery.
• Drive architectural decisions balancing speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
