Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years leadership or managerial experience.
• 5+ years hands-on development with Go and SQL Server.
• Experience designing AI-powered applications or automation features.
• Experience owning end-to-end development processes.
• Proven ability resolving complex cross-team problems.

Responsibilities
