Job summary

Engineering Manager C++ – HFT / Prop Trading New York

This is a senior, hands-on engineering leadership role, working closely with senior leadership and taking ownership of engineering delivery across teams.

The environment spans:

• Exchange connectivity and market data
• Hardware / FPGA technology

We’re looking for someone with a strong technical engineering background who has worked directly within a systematic / quantitative trading environment and has experience managing developers across multiple locations.

This isn’t a traditional project management role. You’ll need the technical credibility to challenge estimates and priorities, identify delivery risks early, make difficult calls around releases and drive engineering work through to completion.
