Software Engineer – C++ Trading Automation

Hedge Fund | Manhattan (On-site)

This firm has a deep engineering and research culture and is a small, non-factory environment where the majority of employees are long-tenured. They are making a major push on trading automation and are looking for a software engineer with a deep understanding of C++ internals, familiarity with typecasting, and a very low error rate in both coding and operational work.

While the role includes a significant operational component, it offers the chance to wear multiple hats, gain exposure to front-office trading, and directly influence P&L. You will build and maintain C++ trading and execution systems, automate workflows across trading and operations, and collaborate closely other team members to see your work impact live systems.
