Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is preferred.
• 8–10 years in technical project management or related experience.
• PM certification (PMP/CAPM/PMI-ACP) preferred.
• Agile project management experience is required.
• Strong understanding of Phase-Gate NPDI processes.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk/change management.
• Proficient with project management software tools.
• Travel 10–20% including international could be required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to align requirements, timelines, and deliverables with plan and budget.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Manage Agile software development with the software team.
• Identify risks and blockers and implement mitigation plans.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders with targeted messaging.
• Apply change management controls per policy and approvals.
• Ensure lessons learned are documented throughout execution.
• Ensure governance and NPDI phase-gate compliance.
• Balance product requirements with technical constraints and negotiate trade-offs.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement with measurable results.
