Job summary
TriNet is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager in Atlanta to lead the design, development and launch of multi-tenant SaaS applications used by thousands of customers. You will manage cross-functional teams, including developers, automation engineers and architects, working with senior leadership to align technology vision and roadmaps.
The role is hands-on and strategic, focusing on delivering an innovative user experience for TriNet's HR, payroll and benefits platform while driving
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Typically 10+ years software design and development experience.
- Typically 6+ years engineering leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversees cross-functional engineering, aligning business and technical needs.
- Manages scope, schedule, cost, performance and risk with on‑time delivery.
- Defines requirements and designs aligned with quality, certification and industry standards.
- Leads evolution of platforms and systems; recommends hardware/software enhancements.
