Job summary

Entech, Malvern, PA, is seeking a client-facing software engineering delivery leader to modernize existing applications and deliver high-quality, AI-enabled software. This role combines hands-on software engineering with technical delivery, project management, team leadership, and client engagement.

You will lead design and modernization of enterprise software, orchestrate architecture, development, testing, deployment, and code quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, delivery, or technology consulting.
• Recent experience leading the development and modernization of production software.
• Hands-on software engineering or technical architecture background.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled applications, generative AI solutions, or intelligent automation.
• Experience leading distributed software engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of modern software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD, testing, and Agile delivery.
• Excellent client-facing, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Consulting or professional services experience strongly preferred.
• Financial services or lending experience preferred.
