Job summary

Deloitte Tax LLP is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own the design and delivery of workflow and integration capabilities at the center of the transformation. You will drive end-to-end ownership from design through deployment, while mentoring others and shaping engineering standards.

You will collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions across platforms, leveraging Pega, .NET, and cloud technologies in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

Hybrid work model requiring co-location in-person 2–3 days per week.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
3+ years of software development experience in workflow automation, process management, or case management solutions.
Proven ability to work independently and mentor other engineers.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Ability to travel up to 20% based on client work.

Responsibilities

Design and build workflow and task management capabilities using Pega, .Net, C#, and other technologies.
Develop and support REST APIs, microservices, and integration services across platforms.
Own modules and features end-to-end including design, estimation, testing, deployment, and production support.
Contribute to technical design decisions, code reviews, and engineering standards.
Mentor less experienced engineers and collaborate with architects and product teams.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, program managers, and stakeholders.
Improve platform performance, stability, and delivery practices.
